Provide state-of-the-art onsite services (installation, preventive maintenance, break-fix/troubleshooting call-out, site survey etc.) and technical support to customers on our range of barcode scanning and camera products, in particular our range of Stationary Industrial Scanners. Duties and Responsibilities

• Install (mechanical, cabling), configure, calibrate, and execute start-up commissioning of Datalogic equipment at customer site as per pre-defined specifications • Maintain, adjust, and replace onsite Datalogic devices of existing customer systems • Conduct Preventive Maintenance for on-site Datalogic equipment • Conduct troubleshooting for software and equipment at customer sites • Provide training to on-site customer personnel when required • Conduct site-surveys when required • Participate in formal quarterly training and other training events as required • Follow rigorously safety and security onsite company procedures • Escalate to upper technical level problems that can’t be solved independently • Issue timely and accurate service reports (including expenses report) • Extend or help building a respectful relationship with customer by always adopting an exemplary attitude Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree (in a technical field such as electronics/networking preferred but not required) or trade school/military equivalent

Preferred is 3+ years of prior experience on Field Service Activities in automation or other similar market with Electrical and Electronical devices
