Pre-screen Questions: How many years of computer hardware repair experience do you have? Within the last 2 years how many motherboards have you replaced? Within the last 2 years how many LCDs have you replaced? How many years of experience do you have diagnosing Dell laptops and PCs? Have you ever worked for Unisys as an FTE or Contractor? If so, who was your manager and why did you leave? Are you Dell Certified? Are you willing to obtain certification prior to starting, we will set this up at no cost to you.

Are Dell Certs required? No, but would highly desired. If candidate does not have Dell certs will obtain after starting.

FE 4 Job Description: As a Field Engineer 4, you will work in a highly directed environment. Your assignments will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script. You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties. Direction will be provided by script, help desk or service desk in a Next Business Day (NBD) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment.
