Field Application Engineer We are partnered with a Global Electronics Manufacturer looking for a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join their growing team in the Bay Area. As an FAE, you’ll bridge the gap between innovative products and real-world applications—working closely with customers, product teams, and R&D to provide technical guidance, drive design-wins, and ensure successful product integration. Position Highlights • Title: Field Application Engineer • One of the world's largest manufacturers of interconnect products, including connectors, cable assemblies, and antennas, serving diverse industries like aerospace, automotive, IT, and telecommunications • Location: San Francisco Bay Area (On-site/Hybrid) • B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering • Experience with connectors • Experience with stamping, tooling and molding process • 5-8 years of experience as FAE or related field Job Responsibilities • Serve as the primary technical interface for key customers in the region • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including schematic/design reviews and debugging • Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and technical documentation • Collaborate with internal engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align on customer needs • Drive customer design wins and support product adoption What is Being Offered • Competitive Salary, Bonus and Benefits Package If you are interested and qualified, please send your updated resume as a MS Word document, and how you fit this specific position to jim.guerrera@SCNteam.com.
