Job Title: Equipment & Tool Engineer 3 Location: Auburn, WA

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic Production Engineering team as an Equipment & Tool Engineer. This role is perfect for those with a passion for process improvement, creativity, and a strong desire to support the production system. As part of our team, you'll be interacting with mechanics, safety, and equipment services, and upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity.

Job Responsibilities: Review electrical schematics, control panel designs, and troubleshoot technical issues. Manage projects, test, and commission automated system acquisition and modification projects. Analyze technical data to determine effects on product engineering design and rate estimates. Ensure compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors, and regulatory requirements. Develop and release bid and purchase specifications for equipment needs. Troubleshoot current production issues related to quality, safety, and repeatability. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree. Electrical Engineering Degree (preferred). 2+ years of project management experience supporting complex technical projects Experience with programming languages such as Java and SQL Experience working to industry standards related to electrical system design Experience in Automation and robotics Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
