Responsibilities: • Supporting the team on managing / driving financial matters related to the projects; spending; creating/tracking/managing/receiving POs
• Coordinate with GCs, vendors and suppliers for timely invoicing and equipment deliveries.
• Responsible for Engineering and Design support of all equipment for multiple project types.
• Supporting the equipment engineering team with equipment order logistics.
• Creating Engineering Orders / Material Requests
• Forecast future needs based on project start dates as reflected in FUZE/SPM.
• Ensure proper tracking of all components.
• Monitor all equipment expenditures.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment.
• Equipment Procurement & Optimization.
• Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.
• Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or three or more years of work experience related to Macro Cellsite Build.
• Experience in the wireless telecom industry, preferably Macro New Site Build or Modification Projects
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent team player
• Must be well organized and able to work under time pressure.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong technical and project management knowledge.
• Strong problem solving skills, project planning and time management.
• Knowledge and experience with the full suite of Google Workspace, including data analytical features such as PivotTable and VLOOKUP
• Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members.

• Prior work experience working with tools [FUZE, etc.]
• Knowledge or familiarity with Samsung RAN equipment
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Telecom technologies.
• Knowledge of RF, Transport and Wireless Construction.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
• Knowledge of HUB, CRAN & DRAN architecture.
• Engineering, Planning, and/or Operations knowledge of G Wireless Networks.
