Job Details
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably with commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) * Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget * Strong leadership and communication skills * Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms * OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications preferred * Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a focus on safety and quality
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget * Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution * Enforce safety policies and protocols to maintain a safe work environment * Monitor project schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards * Manage and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive team environment * Review and resolve any field issues, working proactively to mitigate delays or conflicts * Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals * Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership * By stepping into this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead impactful projects and build your career with an organization that values your expertise and contributions.
