We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented early career professional to join our team in our Boston, MA office beginning in December-an ideal opportunity for December 2025 graduates! In this role, you will collaborate with a team of technical specialists to deliver and design diverse wastewater treatment projects. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and analysis of wastewater treatment systems

Conduct fieldwork and site inspections for wastewater projects

Support the preparation of reports, technical documents, and permit applications

Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS for design and analysis

Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering with a focus in wastewater engineering

EIT certification preferred

Proficiency with AutoCAD required

Excellent interpersonal and writing skills; working knowledge of MS Office programs

Experience with ERSI ArcMap a plus

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. of equipment
