Responsibilities Position: Enterprise Directory Services and Authentication (EDS&A) Systems Engineer supporting the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the DoDIN-A Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. Key duties include: Drafting and maintaining enterprise system documentation. Conducting Change, Configuration, Release Management (CCRM) activities. Supporting vulnerability scans and compliance checks using eMASS, ACAS, and SCAP. Developing system artifacts such as security plans, configurations, and data flows for Authority to Operate (ATO). Managing system changes via NETCOM templates and CMDB. Participating in technical forums and providing compliance analysis. Supporting data visualization, dashboards, and reports. Testing system capabilities and recommending improvements. Supporting automated software delivery and configuration management. Developing cybersecurity mitigation plans and KPI reports. Creating system architectural diagrams and interface descriptions. Supporting fielding activities and incident management, including Tier III support and coordination with various cyber centers. Documenting errors, problems, and solutions during operations. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Secret Security Clearance Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Bachelors degree 7-12 years of experience in relevant fields Expertise in sustaining engineering for EDS&A systems and intermediate knowledge of directory services Basic networking, OS, virtualization, and cloud technologies knowledge Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ITIL processes related to Change, Release, Configuration, Incident, and Problem Management Preferred Qualifications: Advanced DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF 632) certification or equivalent ITIL v4 Foundations Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, ambulating, and occasional travel up to 10%.
