Role Description: Technician, SE Robot Team Support and lead digital factory updates (Delmia C3/AutoCad/MS office) Study Z1/Z2 welding processes for feasibility Estimate robotic welding process cycle time Create 3D concept welding equipment and end of arm tooling models Work across multiple data formats to develop robot welding strategiesOffline robot teaching using digital engineering software Support Engineering for Bodyweld model change activities Create documentation in support of offline and onsite robot teaching activities Requirements: Required Qualifications: 2 year technical degree (A.S.) or equivalent work experience Experience in manufacturing and/or robotics Proficient with MS Office Suite Highly proficient with MS excel 3D design software experience(i.e. CATIA, DELIMA, SOLIDWORKS) Additional Desired Qualifications: MS SharePoint experience, VB or VBA experience Automated robotic welding (spot/arc) and robotic material handling teaching or offline data preparation experience At KAYGEN, we are always looking for dynamic, talented and experienced individuals.
