Tableau & Alteryx Platform Support
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau and Alteryx (Reporting) platform support with AWS knowledge • Should be able to perform admin activities like backup/restoration, managing access privileges, scheduling and tracking of planned maintenance, resolve issue in case of any Tableau or Alteryx services issue, deployment of fixes/changes. • Should have hands on SQL query writing experience Tableau & Alteryx • Excellent communication skills to liaise with client & project stakeholders. • Exposure to working in Agile ways of working.
Roles & Responsibilities • Manage the Tableau and Alteryx (Reporting) platform support with AWS knowledge • Perform activities like backup/restoration, managing access privileges, scheduling and tracking of planned maintenance, resolve issue in case of any Tableau or Alteryx services issue, deployment of fixes/changes. • Support & resolve User issues, ( Desktop & Server) , Patching, Key Management, DR , Performance issues etc • Develop SQL query & generate Tableau & Alteryx reports, Workflows
Salary Range- $110,000-$115,000 a year
