Job Title Senior Support Analyst – IDBS ELN Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8-10 years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Experience of working in GxP environment and practices Good Knowledge of configuration, workflow, development, and maintenance of IDBS BioBook, Workbook of over 4 years Hands on experience in resolving integration, hierarchy administration, workflow issues; Experienced in handling L2 and L3 support activities for Biobook / WorkBook. Should be vendor certified in either of IDBS Biobook or IDBS Workbook Experience in handling Biobook/ ELN template modifications and maintenance. Should have worked for global Pharmaceut ical projects. Should be well conversed with Bio / Pharma functionalities, Drug Discovery in early Research and Development Good web technology skill including client-server, database and programming knowledge Customer facing ability, analytical ability, communication and articulation skills. Experience Required 8-10 years Roles & Responsibilities IDBS / ELN configuration, workflow, development, and maintenance Resolving integration, hierarchy administration, workflow issues Incident management, risk management and change management Coordinate technical issue investigations and manage technology resolution implementations Experience of working in GxP environment and practices for Pharmaceutical companies
