STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.

The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer IV to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Lead and perform complex engineering analyses, system evaluations, and troubleshooting activities in support of Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) programs.
• Support the design, testing, integration, and optimization of Radio Frequency (RF) and digital hardware and components.
• Apply systems engineering principles to assess and improve electronic warfare capabilities, ensuring conformance to operational requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide technical expertise in the development and enhancement of EW technologies.
• Generate and review engineering documentation including test plans, technical reports, interface control documents, and system specifications.
• Conduct performance assessments and root cause analyses to identify and resolve technical issues in existing EW systems.
• Participate in design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and briefings with stakeholders and government personnel.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with security, safety, and quality standards, including those associated with TS/SCI clearance protocols.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and support personnel as needed.
• Maintain a high level of technical competence and awareness of emerging technologies in RF and digital systems relevant to Navy missions.
Qualifications:
Experience/Skills
• 12 years professional engineering experience - Required
• 7 years relevant experience support Navy Electronic Warfare Systems - Desired
• 5 years of relevant experience support RF and Digital devices - Desired
• Education. Engineering degree from an accredited University – Required
• Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI
• Performance Location. Contractor Site (within 50 miles of NSWC Crane Division)
