A growing and respected civil engineering firm is seeking a motivated EIT (Engineer-in-Training) with experience in land development and civil site design . This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful site development projects while growing your technical and professional skillset. Responsibilities:

Assist with the design of grading, stormwater, utilities, and site layout plans

Work closely with project engineers and senior staff to develop construction documents

Support permitting efforts and coordination with municipalities and reviewing agencies

Conduct research and calculations to support engineering decisions

Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

EIT certification (or in progress) required

1+ years of experience in civil site design or land development

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and eagerness to learn
