You will be the Electromechanical Engineer Lead for the VBK LRIP contract, overseeing the hardware development and production efforts. What You Will Be Doing As the Electromechanical Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for:

•Leading the VBK hardware team through production, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products • Serving as a Material Review Board (MRB) authority, making informed technical decisions and driving issue resolution • Managing and prioritizing tasks for a team of packaging engineers and support functions to ensure efficient project execution • Supporting program planning and working closely with senior management, production, quality, and customer stakeholders to meet or exceed cost, schedule, and technical requirements • Utilizing Windchill and CREO to support design engineering and production activities
