Our Team We improve the GRID reliability to make outages less frequent and of shorter duration.
What You'll Do Analyze data trends to identify trends and patterns to drive decisions aimed at improving reliability metrics including SADI, SAIFI, CEMI, SELID, and CAIDI
Ensure all regulatory filings are submitted accurately and on time
Keep the entire organization informed of system and regional reliability in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure accurate and reliable reliability data by overseeing the collection, validation and use of the information contained in the database
Identify key drivers of poor reliability performance to drive well-informed asset management decisions and programs
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations
Create automated workflows and dashboards for regularly checked metrics
Lead reliability meetings to drive data driven decisions
Maintain databases for contacting appropriate parties during outages
Create dynamic dashboards to enable more self-served driven decisions
About You Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
3+ years of electrical engineering experience required
Knowledge of industry standards, electrical systems and best practices in reliability engineering required
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) required
PowerBI preferred
Valid driver's license required
More Information Salary
$105,000 - $124,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
