We are partnered with a leading packaging manufacturer, located in Jacksonville FL, that is seeking a dedicated professional to lead both internal projects and large-scale initiatives with budgets exceeding $5M. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning and execution of capital projects. Oversee initial design phases, team selection, and project scope development. Manage the selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning of equipment and systems. Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules. Implement and manage change plans. Coordinate and manage external consultants and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Uphold company standards by adhering to regulatory requirements. Oversee projects during scheduled maintenance outages. Provide technical assistance to maintenance and engineering staff. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required). Experience in the paper and pulp industry (preferred). Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (e.g., BaileyInfi90, DeltaV, Allen Bradley PLC5 and ControlLogix), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Power Distribution Systems.
