Selectek has partnered with a growing Engineering client in New Jersey to find a talented Electrical Engineer to contribute to their industrial projects. About the Role:
Electrical Design: Design electrical power distribution, instrumentation control systems, lighting, communication, and security systems for industrial projects. Control Strategies: Develop control strategies for process and building systems. Project Oversight: Oversee the electrical aspects of industrial projects from design to implementation. Technical Documentation: Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Who You Are:
Educated Professional: You hold a BS in Electrical Engineering. Experienced Engineer: You have 7+ years of electrical design experience for industrial projects. Licensed (Preferred): You possess a PE license (preferred) or are an EIT with the ability to take the PE exam within 1-2 years. Technical Expertise: You have expertise in electrical power distribution, instrumentation control systems, lighting, communication, and security systems. Control System Knowledge: You understand control strategies for process and building systems. A Strong Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills:
BS in Electrical Engineering. 7+ years of electrical design experience for industrial projects. Experience with electrical power distribution. Experience with instrumental control systems. Experience with lighting, communication, and security systems. Experience with control strategies for process and building systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PE License or EIT with the ability to take the PE exam within 1-2 years.
Salary Information
$100,000 - $120,000 depending on prior experience.
