The client needs a EE who designs digital circuits Has placed microprocessors and FPGAs in circuits.

General Description: The successful candidate will join a team of engineers responsible for design and development of new avionics equipment including; airborne radios for communication and navigation, airborne servers, audio control panels, audio management units, and other avionics instrumentation, along with some sustaining engineering of existing products. Key/Core Qualifications: This engineer will be a digital design specialist with circuit design skills in the majority of the following areas; o Digital design: circuit design using logic, CPLDs, FPGAs o Substantial Microprocessor design experiences o Bus experience, PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI, etc. o Power Supplies, linear and switching supplies, in support of complex digital circuits. o Details of board layout while you wont be doing the board layouts, you will be an integral part of the layout team and need to bring board stack-up and fabrication knowledge. Experienced and highly skilled using bench equipment; oscilloscopes, distortion analyzers, network/spectrum/vector analyzers, power meters, etc. Experience with computer aided design tools Experience working in a requirements based environment Works to and supports schedules and metrics Ability to learn and apply multiple documentations standards and modify design packages with minimal clerical errors. Experience mentoring junior engineers BSEE or equivalent.
