Our client is seeking an innovative Electrical Engineer to support the research, design, validation, and launch of cutting-edge electrical components and systems. This is a key position within the R&D team and offers the opportunity to drive product development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where engineering meets practical application.</span>

What Youll Do as an Electrical Engineer: As an Electrical Engineer, youll take ownership of electrical design and integration projects from concept to production. Youll work cross-functionally with engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of electrical components and systems aligned with customer and business requirements.

Electrical Engineer Duties Include:

Designing, testing, and improving electrical systems, components, and products

Operating CAD software and conducting detailed engineering calculations

Providing hands-on support with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development and launch

Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, quality standards, and customer expectations

Participating in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

Performing system diagnostics and problem-solving for vehicle electrical systems

Supporting the manufacturing team with real-time technical guidance

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering OR a two-year technical degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

Hands-on experience with CAD systems and 3D modeling

Familiarity with A3, 8D, or similar problem-solving tools

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Prior experience with vehicle electrical/HVAC/Wiper systems and diagnostics preferred
