: Job Title – Electrical Engineer Location – Mankato, IN Duration – Direct-Hire Work Schedule: M - F Pay Range: $70K - 105K annually Job Summary: • Develop custom electrical/control solutions across departments (Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing) from concept to production. • Support Sustaining Engineering for existing models. Key Accountabilities: • Design electrical components, harnesses, and systems to meet customer needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure accuracy. • Create As-Built schematics and manage CAD data. • Release parts for production; support continuous improvement initiatives. • Drive new product development and enhance existing systems. • Address production issues and maintain compliance with company standards. Basic Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Engineering + 3 yrs experience or 7 yrs in electrical engineering. • Willingness to travel to customer/manufacturing sites. • Proficiency in AutoCAD LT/Electrical, programming (PLCs), and MS Office.
