Are you an Electrical Engineer with 5-7 years of experience and a passion for solving real-world infrastructure challenges? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented engineer to join our growing team, focused on delivering high-quality design and survey work for commercial, medical, and government facilities. What You'll Do: Under the guidance of a Senior Engineer, you'll take the lead on small to mid-sized projects involving: Electrical system design for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communications.
Creating One Line Diagrams and estimating kVA loads for lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and more.
Developing construction documents (30%, 66%, 95%, and 100% sets).
Participating in site surveys, interdisciplinary coordination, and design narrative editing.
Performing lighting, voltage drop, load, and equipment sizing calculations.
Assisting with Arc Flash Studies, Short Circuit analysis, and equipment ratings evaluations.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college
Minimum GPA of 2.7 in major
4+ years of relevant engineering experience
US Citizenship (required for federal project work)
Willingness to obtain Top Secret Clearance
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Bonus Skills: PE license (or working toward it)
Knowledge of MV power distribution and construction practices
Experience with SKM or ETAP software
Understanding of Arc Flash Protection standards (OSHA, NFPA)
