Senior Electrical Engineer Reports To: Director of EngineeringSeeking an experienced Professional Engineers. He/she will have a minimum of 10+ years of positions with increasing responsibility. We require: Expertise in industrial plant power, controls, and automation systems. Technical excellence and in-depth understanding of good engineering practices. Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to coordinate work with staff, clients, and contractors. Strong organizational skills to manage time and resources efficiently and effectively. Strong attention to detail and need for high level of accuracy. Excellent people management and motivational skills. Must coach, mentor, and train staff; perform staff evaluations and provide recommendations semi-yearly. Full commitment to maintaining the company's professional image and reputation with accurate and error-free work. Require travel within the US and occasionally overseas to clients and facilities.
