Join our multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, and environmental scientists in our Wall Township Office. We’re seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in a consulting engineering firm, designing building power, lighting, communication, and security systems. You will collaborate with other MEP engineers, architects, civil engineers, and environmental scientists, executing electrical design work for both public and private clients. You will also coordinate efforts with in-house and outside teams involved in power generation, distribution, low voltage, lighting, communication, fire alarm, and security system design.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversight of design in electrical systems such as power distribution, standby power generation, lighting, communication, fire alarm, and security systems.
Grow, develop, and supervise a team of Electrical Engineers in project design and development, including drawings, calculations, estimates, and specifications; respond to client questions; review contractor submittals; and clarify during construction.
Review electrical design documents for completeness and adherence to industry and company standards.
Collaborate with QA/QC team to develop quality standards and procedures.
Work with management to develop and implement manpower and production plans to meet project goals.
Assist in business development initiatives, including client presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
10-15+ years of experience in a consulting engineering firm designing power, lighting, communication, and security systems.
Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
Licensed NJ Professional Engineer (NY PE a plus).
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office; LEED accreditation and working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and EasyPower preferred.
Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems is a plus.
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 annually. The actual offer may vary based on experience, skills, education, location, and certifications. This range does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
