Job Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and creating electrical systems and components for diverse applications.
Build prototypes and conduct tests to validate design concepts.
Implement vision inspection systems to improve product quality.
Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing electrical systems.
Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams, and drawings to install, repair, or replace electronic devices and systems.
Receive and follow instructions from supervisors for repair, installation, and electrical inspection work.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of electrical theory, statutory codes, and equipment operation.
Operate equipment in compliance with safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
Utilize CAD software to create detailed schematics and layouts.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers and team members for seamless integration of electrical components.
Assigned additional duties as needed.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in electrical systems.
Proven track record in designing and fabricating electrical systems.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in root cause analysis.
Proficiency in CAD software for design purposes.
Hands-on experience and knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
