We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Engineer to join our client located near Tulsa, OK . This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in corporate EHS programs , particularly those with hands-on experience in ISO 14001 audits , safety training , and regulatory compliance . The EHS Engineer will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and other applicable environmental standards.

Conduct and assist with internal and external EHS audits , including documentation and corrective actions.

Deliver and coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors.

Monitor and report on EHS metrics , incidents, and near-misses.

Assist in the development and implementation of risk assessments , job hazard analyses (JHAs) , and incident investigations .

Ensure compliance with OSHA , EPA , and local environmental regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.

Maintain and update EHS documentation, procedures, and records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science , Occupational Health & Safety , Engineering , or a related field.

1–2 years of corporate EHS experience , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Working knowledge of ISO 14001 standards and audit processes.

Experience conducting or supporting safety training and regulatory compliance programs.

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with EHS software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour , ISO 14001 Lead Auditor , or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) .

Familiarity with ISO 45001 or other occupational health and safety standards.

Pay Details: $75, to $85, per year
