The Kayenne Program develops and maintains a secure, hybrid environment that facilitates high priority defense initiatives, in addition to developing and integrating highly-available software applications. Be part of a dynamic engineering team working to capture, define, architect, develop, integrate, and sell-off products to government customers. In this role, you will complete tasks such as:
•Administer databases
•Implement and maintain DevSecOps best practices throughout the entire development lifecycle
•Assist with development of Cyber Plans and Procedures
•Work with multiple agile teams across the program to upgrade infrastructure supporting the hybrid environment
•Apply hardware and software knowledge, cyber security standards, & feedback from users to develop / modernize the environment
•Utilize experience Infrastructure as code to deliver rapidly and consistently
Desired skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Oracle database administration
• Knowledge of storage libraries/policies
• Experience managing backups
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Technical curiosity to learn new skills and are ready to help across the team
