Note: This role is not a strict 9-to-5 position— we move quickly and may work evenings or weekends to meet key goals.

What Youll Do
  • Scale systems to handle 100x more traffic and data.
  • Build one-click deployment tools for enterprise customers.
  • Improve performance and reduce latency across the stack.
  • Set up dashboards and alerts to detect and resolve issues quickly.
  • Design secure, isolated environments for diverse customers.
  • Take projects from idea to production with minimal hand-holding.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on technical strategy.
What Were Looking For
  • 4606060609 years building production software, ideally in high-growth startups.
  • Strong experience with AWS or GCP.
  • Hands-on with Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to turn abstract ideas into reliable, working systems.
  • Comfortable with full ownership of large projects.
  • Thrives in fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelors in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be located in NYC and willing to work on-site, 5 days/week.
Bonus Points
  • Experience at developer tools companies (e.g., Modal, Retool, Vercel).
  • Former founder or early-stage startup experience.
  • Degree from top technical schools (e.g., Waterloo, MIT, Caltech).
