Overview We're looking for an early-career DevOps engineer to help us improve service stability, reduce manual operations, and expand our automation capabilities. As part of our DevOps team, you'll build hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, automation pipelines, and observability systems while contributing to the reliability and scalability of key platform services. This is an ideal role for someone who has completed an internship or coursework in cloud engineering, is familiar with infrastructure-as-code principles, and is ready to grow into a full-time DevOps role with mentorship from experienced engineers. Responsibilities Support and maintain internal developer tools and infrastructure services (e.g., Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, SSL). Contribute to service stability through incident response, monitoring improvements, and small-scale automation projects. Assist in managing Terraform-based deployments, including tracking configuration drift, performing security checks, and detecting deprecated resources. Help improve team productivity by building scripts and workflows for common DevOps tasks such as onboarding, compliance remediation, and certificate management. Extend observability by implementing metrics, alerts, and dashboards for core services. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving alongside senior engineers.
Requirements 1+ year experience in infrastructure automation concepts, including Terraform, CI/CD, or scripting with Node, Bash, or Python Familiarity with Linux environments and basic networking concepts Strong desire to learn DevOps best practices and cloud-native technologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Recommended Qualifications Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, IAM, or CloudWatch Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) or Kubernetes Interest in security automation, policy-as-code, or platform reliability engineering Internship or academic project experience in DevOps or cloud operations
