Desktop Support Engineer Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer based out at San Francisco, CA. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension). Responsibilities: Resolve complex issues that may not be well documented, and apply your knowledge to improving and creating support procedures and documentation Manage our IT ticket queue to ensure service level agreements are met Manage and troubleshoot Gaming PC, printers, and other IT-related site equipment Manage our IT assets through the entire lifecycle, onboarding, repairs, and secure disposal Image, and deploy laptops for employees both locally and remote Analyze competing tasks, assess technical risk, and communicate impact to the business and team Required Skills: 2+ years experience working in an IT Desktop Support role Have broad knowledge of and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on macOS, Windows 10, Linux, and managing Mac and PCs in an enterprise environment.
