Deskside Tech Support Engineer + light networking
Location: San Francisco, onsite daily
Duration: 6-12 mos. or more
Mandatory
• 4+ yrs experience, Jr/mid level role
• Hands-on experience with supporting end users with their IT, computer, printing, systems access, troubleshooting, device setup/configuration, software support, etc.
• Some experience supporting networking issues is preferred including network access, cabling, basic troubleshooting, etc.
• Will work directly with end users performing Deskside support
• Must have good communication skills, and looks and act professional within a financial services/banking environment
• Will work on site each day
• Flexibility to working after hours or on weekends is preferred (overtime paid)
Preferred:
• Certifications: Not required but A+, network+ or Microsoft or Cisco certs are beneficial
