CMS Cepcor Americas is looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join our innovative, fast-growing company. As the design engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering duties including designing, researching, and prototyping various products. The chosen engineer will collaborate with the design and production teams on various design projects, using in-depth knowledge of the latest design trends and engineering software to lead the way. In addition to being a good communicator, all candidates should be creative thinkers with excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop product prototypes and systems, integrating engineering principles and the latest technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and sales, to ensure product designs meet customer needs and production capabilities. Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and specifications for product designs. Conduct simulations and stress tests to validate design specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards. Analyze and improve existing products based on feedback from customers and production teams. Document design processes and results, maintaining clear and accurate records for future reference.
