We are seeking an Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Support Specialist to provide comprehensive day-to-day support and maintenance of our enterprise data integration and reporting platforms. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically adept individual with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing batch cycles, supporting development and test environments, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to CI/CD processes. The role also requires someone capable of coaching developers, administering systems, troubleshooting, and leading continuous improvement of ITIL-based operational processes.
Responsibilities
Provide daily support and maintenance for the EIM technology stack, including DB2, SAP (BusinessObjects), BODI, Informatica (PowerCenter, PowerExchange, IICS), WebFOCUS, and Talend.
Manage production batch cycles and provide support across multiple testing environments.
Run and troubleshoot SQL/data queries; identify upstream/downstream impacts.
Coordinate and manage code promotions, versioning, and CI/CD workflows and tools.
Coach and assist developers on design, implementation, and usage of EIM platforms.
Handle vendor escalations and support case management.
Administer users and manage environments for data integration tools.
Support architecture and backend configuration for ETL processes.
Perform scripting in Python, PowerShell, and other programming languages to automate or enhance tasks.
Ensure compliance with ITIL standards for incident, problem, and change management.
Develop and improve operational procedures related to data integration and reporting systems.
Participate in on-call rotation for production and test environments as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of IT experience, including support of non-production environments and involvement in project management.
Strong understanding of EIM platforms and ETL tools (DB2, SAP BODI, Informatica, Talend, WebFOCUS).
Experience with job scheduling tools (e.g., CA Workload Automation ESP Edition).
Knowledge of code management and environment migration practices.
Programming/scripting experience with Python, COBOL, PowerShell, Windows CMD, Java, or Go.
Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse tools (Snowflake, PowerBI).
Experience working with life insurance systems such as Ingenium, Life70, IDM, AWD.
Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (O365, SharePoint, Azure, Active Directory).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple initiatives.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred
ITIL Foundation certification and experience with ITIL-based processes.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $90-100/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
