Join HomeSource Systems as a Data Scientist/Data Engineer and play a key role in unlocking the potential of our datasets. You will design scalable data pipelines, architect cloud data warehouses, and turn complex data into actionable intelligence to drive product innovation and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include: Designing and building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. Building and managing cloud-based data warehousing solutions. Ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy. Developing data models and database designs for performance and scalability. Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights. Creating dashboards and reports for data visualization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet data needs. Implementing machine learning models for predictive analytics and customer segmentation. Staying updated with emerging data technologies and methodologies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and data services. Proficiency in SQL, Python or Scala. Knowledge of data warehousing and big data technologies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Knowledge of machine learning libraries and MLOps practices. Experience with version control and data governance.
