What You’ll Do As a key member of the Ride and Fleet Software team, you’ll: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track reliability KPIs , identify trends, and develop smart mitigation plans. Design and maintain robust data pipelines that power critical metrics and improve the end-user experience . Capture and analyze data to uncover actionable signals, test hypotheses, and run experiments that validate your ideas. Evaluate and improve dashboards and reporting tools to ensure they support long-term business goals and decision-making.
