**Key Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; relevant experience might be considered in lieu of a degree. - At least 5 years of experience in commissioning mechanical systems, specifically for data centers or mission-critical infrastructure. - Proficiency with mechanical systems such as HVAC, chilled water systems, and airflow management. - Familiar with industry guidelines, including ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NFPA. - Experience startup / commissioning of switchgear, ATS, UPS, PDU, transformers, generators a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think independently. - Proficient in commissioning and project management tools like Cx Alloy, Bluebeam, or Procore. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally. - Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to various project environments.
**Compensation & Benefits:** - Competitive salary range up to $150,000, based on experience and location. - Robust health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, LTD/STD, and life insurance. - 15 days of PTO (prorated) and 8 paid holidays.
