Your Role
As a Project Manager in the Data & Analytics team, you will tackle innovative and impactful projects that facilitate business transformation. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with a blend of project management and Data Analytics expertise. You'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in this domain while collaborating with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders—to reach project milestones on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Product Delivery Lead in managing full-cycle AI/ML projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating comprehensive project plans.
Work closely with the Product Owner to outline project requirements and develop timelines.
Efficiently allocate resources and ensure project team effectiveness.
Organize Scrum and project planning meetings to monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
Track project progress, key metrics, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Oversee project budgets and resources to meet financial goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure project outputs meet quality standards and fulfill customer expectations.
Encourage effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members in Project Management practices.
Depending on the project and structure, this role may include direct reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in the AI/ML industry.
In-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
Experience managing AI/ML projects related to development, deployment, and integration.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience in an agile development environment is a plus.
