The Work As a Cybersecurity/Anti-Tamper Engineer, you will support the development of security protections for cutting-edge systems used in the defense industry. Your work will span hardware and software development, from threat analysis and secure design to testing and verification of embedded systems. You will:
Design and implement software and hardware-based security solutions.
Help define requirements for secure systems and subsystems.
Participate in the integration and testing of secure platforms.
Analyze potential reverse-engineering threats and develop countermeasures.
Work within a collaborative team to ensure delivery of secure, mission-critical technologies.
Please note: This position requires the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship. This position is fulltime onsite in Moorestown, NJ.

Who You Are You're a driven engineer with a passion for cybersecurity, embedded systems, or secure software design. You're comfortable coding, testing, and working with system-level architectures-and you're ready to apply your knowledge in support of real-world defense programs. Basic Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in: C/C++ and Python programming, Linux software development, computer architectures and operating systems, software development and integration in technical team environments.
Experience in at least one area: requirements development, secure system/product design, system integration, or test.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting.
Desired Skills Experience with:
Embedded software development
Linux software development
Model-based design tools like Rhapsody or Cameo
Unit testing frameworks such as Google Test
Agile development practices and tools like Gitlab
Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Other Important Information You Should Know This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
