Responsibilities:
Copilot Studio Governance & Implementation
- Partner with IT, Vendors and business to identify high-impact use cases. - Develop and maintain governance frameworks for testing and publishing Agents to production, including code review, tools to measure output accuracy and documentation. -Partner with IT architects and Information Security on appropriate M365 and associated system configurations to optimize Agent performance. - Stay current with Microsoft Copilot roadmap and other 3rd party Vendors and recommend fit for Enterprise. Prompt Engineering & AI Agent Development
- Build and manage custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform. - Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Se Build and manage custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform. Security, Compliance & Governance
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure data protection. - Implement role-based access controls and monitor AI usage patterns. - Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and regulatory requirements. - Integrates AI chatbots, image generators, and coding platforms into the company"s workflows efficiently - Conducts research and experimentation to improve existing models - Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including content creators, product teams, and data scientists, to ensure prompt alignment with company goals and user needs -Stays updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and ML - Drafts and distributes reports on prompt performance and development progress Technical Skills: Deep Understanding of CoPilot and AI/ML Concepts: Expert-level knowledge Microsoft 365 CoPilot, GitHub CoPilot, CoPilot Studio. This includes understanding architecture, capabilities, limitations, and integration points. A strong grasp of underlying AI and machine learning principles, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs), is crucial. Platform Expertise (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, GitHub): Extensive experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps.Proficiency in software development workflows, various programming languages (like Python, C#), Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), version control systems (Git/GitHub), and best practices in coding and testing.Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, especially for deploying and managing AI services. Integration and API Knowledge: Ability to integrate CoPilot solutions with other enterprise applications and systems using APIs (e.g., Microsoft Graph API). Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using tools relevant to the CoPilot ecosystem (e.g., Power Automate). Skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model fine-tuning. Knowledge of SQL and ETL processes. Understanding security best practices and how to implement and manage CoPilot solutions in a secure and compliant manner within an organization's governance framework. Skill in crafting effective prompts to guide CoPilot tools and achieve desired outputs. Soft Skills Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes delivering engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to understand client needs, identify challenges, perform root cause analysis, and design effective, tailored solutions. Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology teams, security services, and product management. Client Engagement and Consulting: Ability to engage with clients, understand their business requirements, act as a trusted advisor, and translate their needs into technical solutions. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: The AI field is rapidly evolving, so a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and CoPilot features is essential. Project Management: Skills in managing projects, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Leadership and Influence :  Ability to lead technical discussions, guide teams, and influence strategic decisions regarding CoPilot adoption and implementation. Job Requirements Details: Experience and Qualifications Bachelor"s or master"s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years in enterprise IT, software engineering, solutions architecture digital transformation, or AI/automation roles. 2+ years of experience in ML, software development, AI model deployment, NLP model development, or a similar field Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/Azure technologies, Power Platform, and Prompt Language experience with GenAI tool like ChatGPT and Copilot. Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or equivalent. Azure AI Engineer Associate
