We’re looking for a *Controls Engineer/Electrical Engineer* to bring their expertise to our team! In this role, you’ll design and develop advanced control systems that drive manufacturing excellence. From crafting panel and enclosure layouts to designing hardware circuits, programming, and testing equipment to meet *Rapid-Air and customer specifications*, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our industry.

*Responsibilities*: * This role will oversee, assist, and troubleshoot the adoption of various equipment and systems. * Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD design and drafting software. * Must have a strong PLC and HMI background including, Allen Bradley. * Experience with printed circuit board design. * Candidates also must possess experience with servo systems and Basic programming * The ideal candidate will show strong leadership skills and a team player. * Experience with DC and AC motor control
*Qualifications*: * Qualified candidates will have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum of two years work experience in related field. * Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects. * Ability to determine customer needs to develop project specifications and scope. * Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
