We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our Electrical Integration team. This role involves full-cycle project management and technical design responsibilities for control panel systems in water and wastewater applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, control systems, and UL 508A compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Bidding & Planning
Collaborate with the Estimating Department to review RFQs, plans, and specifications
Clarify project scope and ensure accuracy of Control's deliverable
Coordinate with management to establish project infrastructure and communication protocols
Design & Documentation
Engineer and document packages for:
Medium Voltage Distribution and Motor Control
Low Voltage Distribution and Motor Control Hardware
Control Panels
Instrumentation
Submit designs for client approval and ensure compliance with project requirements
Project Implementation
Resolve technical and budgetary scope issues
Release equipment for purchase or fabrication
Oversee production, testing, delivery, installation, and start-up activities
Project Closeout
Track and resolve punch list items
Conduct "Lessons Learned" meetings to:
Recognize best practices and individual contributions
Recommend process improvements across departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation design and coordination
Understanding of electrical/control systems and water/wastewater industry basics
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $120000.00/hr.
