Job Description
What you will do as a Continuous Improvement Engineer:
- Collaborate with site leadership to identify and prioritize critical areas for operational improvement
- Lead and execute cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop, implement, and manage improvement strategies that support business objectives and drive efficiency
- Train and support team members in new and existing processes to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Assist in the development of new manufacturing processes and monitor their effectiveness across department

The Successful Applicant
What you will need as a Continuous Improvement Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in aerospace, automotive, or other high-precision, high-volume industries
