What You Will Do
Respond to customer inquiries via email, casework, and chats.
Identify, troubleshoot, document, follow up, and resolve internal customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of supported services.
Coordinate with the Trimble Cloud Core Platform L1-L4 colleagues worldwide in a 24/7 follow-the-sun support model.
Manage incident response and escalate to Service teams (SRE & Software Engineering) when necessary to reach resolution, providing timely and accurate information.
Maintain individual and team SLAs/KPIs.
Contribute to documenting organizational processes related to our Application portfolio.
Participate in cross-functional projects and programs focusing on supportability attributes of the Cloud Core Platform.

Skills & Experience you should bring:
Fluency in written and spoken English.
3-5 years of experience in an IT support environment or customer-facing IT role.
Experience with Linux/Windows Server, IT support software (e.g., Jira Service Management Cloud, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice), and collaboration platforms (e.g., G-Suite, Office 365).
Strong customer focus, troubleshooting, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to attend meetings outside normal hours due to global team coordination.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating work volumes, demonstrating high organization and attention to detail.
Skills & Experience you could bring:
Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
Knowledge of cloud logging platforms (e.g., Sumologic, Splunk).
Familiarity with cloud observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, NewRelic).
Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Postman, Insomnia).
Knowledge of password management systems (e.g., LastPass, 1Password).
Understanding of status page systems (e.g., Statuscast).
