About the Team : Cloud Service Center Team provides immediate and direct support for our cloud customers, and acts as the first line of response for all Radware’s cloud customers ensuring the continued functioning of protected services and, ultimately, customer satisfaction.

What is the job: The Cloud Service Center Engineer fuels the success of customers by serving as the primary contact for Radware related issues , you will be the first line of response for our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of their cloud services and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring cloud services, performing basic troubleshooting, and providing timely support to resolve issues.
