Up to $11,000 + Bonus + comprehensive benefits package Join our client's Cloud Operations Team and play a key role in supporting and optimising cloud infrastructure that powers critical services. If you're hands-on with AWS, automation, and cloud support, and love problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Support and monitor AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Maintain SLAs and manage day-to-day operations using ITSM/ITIL practices. Automate infrastructure and deployments using tools like Terraform. Manage containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and troubleshoot backend systems (Unix, Windows). Deploy code and manage infrastructure changes in a secure and auditable way. Perform regular maintenance, patching, backups, and disaster recovery drills. Support AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, ECS, EKS, Direct Connect) and manage certificates, access, and security configurations. Respond to incidents, investigate root causes, and implement long-term fixes. Collaborate with internal teams to support new projects and improve system reliability. Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis and assist with BAU weekend activities. Maintain strong documentation and assist with audits and security governance. What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud operations and support . Strong grasp of AWS services, ServiceNow, and cloud monitoring tools. Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform), scripting (Python/YAML), and container technologies. Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and backend cloud infra. Experience managing databases like MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, or MongoDB is a plus. Solid networking knowledge (routing, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing). Familiar with cloud security practices, certificate management, and user access controls. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
