We are currently sourcing for a Cloud Database Engineer to work in Westlake, TX!

Rate: $69 - $75 / hr. w2

Our chapter comprises teams that work on a wide range of capabilities and platforms to enable experiences 0n website and Mobile Apps etc. We're looking for product aware engineers who are passionate, inquisitive, and responsible individuals to help us on our mission to build highly scalable platforms.

• A 8-10+ plus years performing Oracle 12c and 19c administration
• 3-5 years actively involved in enterprise level cloud database initiatives
• Expertise in data migration and replication using GoldenGate and/or Cloud Database Migration Service/Assistant
• Significant background in solving complex technology challenges
• Expertise in two or more AWS cloud-based database technologies
• Expertise in DBMS systems (Oracle, Postgres, MySql) & NoSQL databases (Cassandra)
• Expertise in Distributed replication technologies ( Oracle Goldengate, DataGuard etc)
• Expertise in cloud data platforms viz., RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB and Snowflake
• Leadership in a functional team setting with a flexible attitude
• Ability to quickly synthesize ideas, options, and thoughts into solutions
• Expertise performing requirement reviews and contributing to architecture decisions
• Database CI/CD delivery expertise using common tools and framework
• Performing design evaluations for migration strategies for on-premise physical databases to cloud

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
