Clinical Science Operations Engineer - VIE Contract iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. About the job About Sanofi Main responsibilities: Conduct an audit of current tools and working methods to identify improvement opportunities. Research and evaluate innovative digital solutions suited to our needs (AI, automation, collaboration, agile project management, mapping). Design and implement a digital transformation plan for the scope. Train and support team members in adopting new tools and methodologies. Develop dashboards and visualizations to track performance and transformation impact. Propose agile approaches and innovative methodologies to improve our efficiency. About you Experience : Engineering and AI experience would be an asset. Soft and Technical skills: Strong understanding and proven experience with AI concepts and their applications (ideally in a business context). Strong interest in digital transformation and change management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
