Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow our civil site team with a focus on local market expansion Coordinate strategic business plans with senior leadership

Drive business development and client relationship management

Oversee site design, permitting, and project delivery across a variety of sectors Manage budgets, team resourcing, and project financials

Mentor and support junior engineers to promote professional growth

Develop proposals and contribute to winning new work

Hire and onboard new team members and conduct performance evaluations Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (from an accredited program) Professional Engineer (PE) License required

Minimum 10 years of site civil engineering experience

Proven success in project management and business development

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multidisciplinary projects Deep knowledge of the local Charleston/Lowcountry market and permitting process
