Civil Site Engineer - Section Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow our civil site team with a focus on local market expansion
- Coordinate strategic business plans with senior leadership
- Drive business development and client relationship management
- Oversee site design, permitting, and project delivery across a variety of sectors
- Manage budgets, team resourcing, and project financials
- Mentor and support junior engineers to promote professional growth
- Develop proposals and contribute to winning new work
- Hire and onboard new team members and conduct performance evaluations
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (from an accredited program)
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required
- Minimum 10 years of site civil engineering experience
- Proven success in project management and business development
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multidisciplinary projects
- Deep knowledge of the local Charleston/Lowcountry market and permitting process
