Civil Engineer – Land Development

Compensation: ~ $150K–$160K + Excellent Benefits + Relocation Assistance Available

What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and manage civil engineering projects (commercial & residential) Lead multiple active projects at various stages Mentor junior engineers and review their work Interface with clients and support business development Conduct risk, cost, and material assessments Prepare project documentation and progress reports

What We’re Looking For: B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering P.E. license in SC or NC (required) ~ 8–10+ years in civil site design for residential and commercial developments Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D , grading, utilities, stormwater, permitting Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Bonus If You Have: Experience with ICPR or StormWise Familiarity with development processes in both SC and NC
