Civil Design Engineer - Transportation

I am partnered with a leading multi-disciplined consulting firm that offers a full range of services to both public and private sector clients and they are looking to add a Civil Design Engineer to their team. This candidate would be responsible for the design and/or management of roadway engineering projects for highway and municipal infrastructure projects, as well as client development and staff management
Responsibilities: Lead roadway design tasks Develop project documents including reports, studies, construction contract documents, and permit applications Interact with clients, regulatory agencies and the public as necessary for project completion Business development Required Experience: 6+ years of experience within transportation design Licensed Professional Engineer in SD or with the ability to obtain SD licensure within 6 months Proven ability to develop studies, reports, technical specifications, regulatory permits, applications, construction estimates, and other project documents Civil3D experience required
